3 months ago I decided to work on my physical, mental, and spiritual health. It led me here to a beautiful place on earth with amazing people. I have not only gained physical strength but am able to see life in a better perspective. This 3 month goal doesn’t end here, it’s only the beginning to a life of gratitude.
