Policy: Please allow 72 hours in advance to cancel an appointment (exceptions understood). More than 2 no-shows per client will require a credit card upon booking and 20% deposit. No refunds on services. KellGrace does not supply child care. Please make arrangements for child care. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
