Every year I take a week to myself to recharge my battery (physically, emotionally, and spiritually). I put nothing on my calendar bc even vacations can be logistically stressful. As the week comes I decide each day what I want to do, not do, or just veg out. Try it sometime…force yourself to NOT have a plan for a week. 🙈 (and of course still plan other times for getaway vacations!)
